Removable wall panels save time and money
Thermospas recognizes that every spa in the world will one day require service. It may be to repair a problem, replace a component, or add an innovative feature one day in the future. So we decided to spend a few extra pounds in manufacturing to make this event effortless and inexpensive for our customers. We believe that buying a hot tub without removable walls is like buying a car without a hood that opens.
Fixing Full Foam Spas is not an easy task!
To structurally support the acrylic shell and to save on fiberglass and resin many spa manufacturers fill the interior cavity of their spas with rigid foam. What saves them money can be expensive for you. Repair requires adding dye to the water and waiting for it to appear in the leak, emptying the spa, chiseling way the dye colored foam, repairing the leak, refilling the spa and testing to make certain a new leak was not created in the repair process, and then adding new foam. Plus, the polyurethane foam not only depletes the ozone layer, it may become a nesting home for rodents and other pests.
Thermolnsulation Provides Many Benefits
How well a spa is insulated will determine how much you spend each and every month to maintain your spa. ThermoSpas multiple layer insulation system not only does an effective job of keeping the cold air out when you are not using your hot tub but it also is the least expensive spa to operate when you are using it. Our Thermolnsulation system locks in the heat radiated from our spas pumps and heater. This valuable heat, wastefully vented out by traditional
full foam spas, is used by ThermoSpas as an added insulation barrier along with a means of warming the underside of the spa's shell and all of the internal plumbing. Plus, since all water jets require air for operation, ThermoSpas wisely feeds in warm air to the jet stream during operation. An independent lab has tested ThermoSpas to be both the "Most Energy Efficient" and "Quietest Operating" hot tub in the industry.

Traditional Insulation Systems
Traditional spas that use full foam unfortunately must vent out the heat generated by the spa's engine. The air required to feed the jets during operation comes from outside the spas cabinet

Can you hear us now? No? Good.
Internal pumps are mounted on thick rubber matting, and the cabinet interior is soundproofed using multiple layer of sound deadening material on every wall of our Designer Series hot tubs.

As an added benefit
ThermoSpas installs two disconnect hand unions on every component so that a service technician (or spa owner) can easily replace a pump or heater in a matter of minutes. This eliminates draining, cutting the pipes, refilling, and testing the spas as required on other brands.
