Hot Tub Shells exceed all standards!

Thermo Spas hot tub shell specifications exceed industry standards. Our hot tub shells easily withstand temperature extremes from -50 degrees F to 180 degrees F.

Our hot tub shells are created with the most advanced, computer controlled, vacuum forming machinery there is. This proprietary process provides a consistently uniform thickness, from shell to shell.

Incomparable shell reinforcement: ThermoBonding.
By hand we bond a uniform coat of 100% vinyl ester resin to the underside of every hot tub shell. Then, we apply multiple coats of another uniquely formulated resin for added strength.

Plastic vs. Continuous Cast Acrylic
Hot tub makers use one of two materials to mold their spa shells: Plastic or Acrylic. Plastics only let manufacturers do one thing - cut costs. They stain easily, are very difficult to clean, and the color usually fades when exposed to direct sunlight and chemicals. That's why ThermoSpas uses Continuous Cast Acrylic (CCA), the most advanced, most superior quality acrylic. So your spa not only has an elegant look, it has the most durable, scratch resistant, effortless to clean surface there is.

If you compare and contrast hot tubs, ask these 4 questions:

1. Is the hot tub shell made of Continuous Cast Acrylic?
2. Does the spa maker use fiberglass matting under coping areas?
3. Does the hot tub manufacturer use vinyl ester resin?
4. Is the structural support bonded to the spa shell free of fillers?

If the answer isn't “yes” to all four items, go to the nearest phone and call ThermoSpas!

"I had a spa before my ThermoSpas. The shell started cracking! I've had my ThermoSpas 8 years with no shell problems."
